”You left her alone with him had caused Thranduil concern. Why would Tauriel not come and tell him that Legolas was unwell. He ignored the half elven in favor of his own thoughts. Yes, my Lord. Forgive me, I did not know that it was not right .
Legolas would pull the blanket up and she would try to pull it down, engaged in a war. He made noises which was a sign to her least he was alive. She was patronizing and caring. He just would not look at her. As he was avoiding her faze. Tauriel felt terrible, why, why. Why of all people to have walked into her room, without knocking at that moment. Did the elf have to be Legolas. Tauriel could have handled it, if it was Feren, if it was Elros the guard. Had it been Thranduil himself, but no...it was Legolas. Her King looked over his son and shifted his gaze to Tauriel. ”Legolas what ails you”. Tauriel would have blanched if she could, her stomach was in knots. What was he doing. Valar be, if he told Thranduil he was outside of Mirkwood it would be her head.
Tauriel could have intervened but how could she tell Thranduil, that Legolas had walked in on ‘Ro and her in the process of becoming acquainted with one another after months of being apart. Sweet Nienna, what was she going to say if Thranduil asked her a question. She was compelled to answer. Tauriel quietly walked to Elrohir, she wanted nothing more than to leave this uncomfortable room.Part of her wanted to hear what ails Legoas and part of her knew it was her was uncomfortable with Elrohir and her together.
“Is there anything I can get m’lords” she asked.
