She frowned at her neighbor, not exactly at him but rather his words. ”I'm quite aware of the increase of the Enemy's forces, Thranduil. I was more hoping being able to know why they were so close to Lothlorien.” Thankfully Nenya kept their borders a bit safer than most but that they would come so close, and after Thranduil nonetheless, was rather disturbing. He mentioned the summit she and Celeborn had asked for and she shortly said, ”It was.” And she was glad when he suggested that they continue their discussion later and so simply nodded and said, ”We will speak more when you are healed.” Perhaps not precisely what he said but she liked her wording better. She started to shake her head in answer to Thranduil's question about the party from Rohan when Mirioniel came and informed them that there was a Rider of Rohan in grave danger.
Galadriel kept from snorting at Thranduil's reaction to the pain. For the Rohirrim, she would let her healer take care of. If he was so badly injured, it was out of her skill and so she stayed in Thranduil's room, near the doorway and out of the healers way. Her attention went to the entry and she gave a sigh of relief at seeing her husband unharmed. ”Celeborn.” Her relief was evident in that single word. But he asked how Mirkwood's King was doing and she cocked her head with amusement towards him. ”He is trying to be brave in the face of his pain.” Her amusement cleared as she looked towards where the Rider of Rohan was being cared for. ”How was the Rohirrim rider when you saw him? Are there others?” Both injured and survivors was her meaning and she hoped her husband understood.
She glanced him over semi-critically. ”Are you injured at all, beloved?” The worry and concern was back as she considered her husband's state of health.
