.The Facade.
Character Name: Bechidrān Zhúl-Melïk
Name Meaning: Bechidrān comes from the out-universal irish langauge Irish, in which 'Bech' means bee. In-universe, Bechn' means the same in the Drúadan dialect I'd imagine the 'Melïku-Bechnits' (the bee skinchanger clan of Drúadan and Eastly origins) speak, of which Bechidrān is the leader, their "queen" of the hive. (in the dialect a queen is called Zhüleen, and their hive a Zhúldrügha) Melïk is the lastname most of his kin use, which derives from Melïku-Bechnits, the word they use to identify themselves as 'bee skinners', in its literal translation.
Age: Normally, the Melïku dont live that long, simply because theyre descended from the Drúadain, but also as most ordinary folk of the clan somehow dont tend to mature normally because worker bees dont mature either. Even though usually their bodies dont go into adoloscence, they always remain "ugly" to normal standards. Bechidrān however does age much longer, as his body has the abillity to reach adulthood because its similar to that of a "queen" bee. This means that every leader of the Zhúldrügha (hive) gets a somewhat longer lifespan. In this case, Bechidrān is around 121 years of age. However, he really shows signs of elderlyness, meaning that he has the usual struggles of old ages found in Men.
Date of Birth: /
Race: He is a Man, of the Melïku-Bechnit clan from the Vales of the Anduin. A family with a origin of Drúadain and dark elvish offshoots of the Eastern Lands, the Melïku share their dominions with the Beornings, an allied northerner-originated tribe. Both the Beornings and the Melïku have magical roots in skinchanging, and while Beornings turn into bears, the Melïku-Bechnits turn into the enormous bees that live amongst the bears and gift them their self-produced honey. This is the common mistake for foreigners, as most people believe the Beornings keep those enormous bees themselves. But the bees that Beorn kept, were just ordinary bees. The large bees that lived around his quarters, where in fact the Melïku in their bee formations.
They have origins in magic and nature-worship. Where the Drúadain originally focus on earth related magic, with powers of granite rock and flimsy sandstorms, Melïku-Bechnit draw themselvs more to natural life, and thus have been told by understand the whispering of the windy weather, the crackling sound of the plants and grasses beneath your feet, and the calls off owls throughout the night, a lot better than normal people. They innately know how to bend and understand nature at their own will, but only for the sake of the natural balance they worship as the work of the long forgotten sylphs and sprites of nature, the lesser Ainu spirits of nature that they themselve feel related and blessed by. The Tongue of Animals they understand, and this is likely thought by the earliest generation of Melïku by Radagast, who is a frienly confidant of the family and their ways.
But above all this, their most priced possesion is their familial connection, the Innäzkíg-Zhúldrügha (Imbe-Inno in Quenya, meaning hivemind). It is a magical binding that connects every family member of the Melïku-Bechnit with their mentalities, making them think united at will. In other words, they can share thoughts and other nonverbal mental communications, such as emotions with their fellow familial hive, known as the Zhúldrügha (which means family and beehive both at the same time, in their own Drúadan dialect)
Residence: Zhúldruȧida'zhín (hivenest in their dialectal tongue of Drúadan language), a little community in the Vales of Anduin noted by theyre teepee like houses of the real world, but a lot larger. and made of gigantic tree trunks thrown together, instead of hides and straw (imagine this, but larger)
Profession: Chieftain (Zhüleen) of the Melïku-Bechnit mankind clan in the Vales of Anduin, also called the Zhúldrügha (hive). He also acts as a diplomat to other cultures and kingdoms, as the Melïku-Bechnit unlike the Beorings and Drúadain who'm are often avoided and the latter, feared, are actually a lot more widely known and accepted by the others of Middle Earth.
